Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange is on its way.
